Every human has to grow old, and die eventually, some experience illness. That is suffering. Buddha thought that human beings always bear suffering. One may be unable to obtain what one wants. This is suffering, too. Then, why do we have to suffer in this way? The reason is human beings have desires and attachments. In spite of the fact that we have to die, we grow attached to life. We expand desires from one to another and are unable to attain satisfaction. How are we be released and stay away form such suffering. If we could cast attachment and desire away or at least control them, suffering would disappear, as well. It is generally said that we have 108 earthly, worldly passions and desires. Taking Buddhist Rosary with you may control or exorcise of your 108 earthly passions.
