Pure Gyokuro plantation.
The blind made of reed lay on tea plantation and 50% sun shine is cut
after a few leaves sprout, and keep 10 days. Then straw would be lay on
the blind andsun shine would be
cut 95~98% and kept 10 days more. The special rich taste and aroma
will be happen with this way. |
Modern
Gyokuro plantation The plantation would be covered with cloth with two
steps along the traditional way, the taste will be sweet but less than
pure type. |
